By accessing or using the MedixHealthTec platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of the Platform

MedixHealthTec provides pharmacovigilance training and case management systems. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Data and Confidentiality

Given the sensitive nature of pharmacovigilance data, you agree to handle all case information, patient data, and regulatory records with appropriate care and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Unauthorized disclosure of case data is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Access

Access to specific database modules is granted based on your role and enrollment. We reserve the right to revoke or suspend access if these Terms are violated or upon completion of a training program.

5. Google Sign-In & Data Scope

Google Sign-In is used only for authentication. We only collect the following from your Google account:

• Name
• Email
• Profile picture (if applicable)

We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or any other Google user data.

6. Limitation of Liability

MedixHealthTec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The platform is provided for training and educational purposes.
